Alliance Celebrates 20 Years of Excellence
Alliance Construction Materials Limited ("Alliance"), proudly commemorates its 20-year journey of excellence since its establishment in 2004. The Company, with a robust heritage established by its predecessor companies in the early 1960s, has been actively contributing to the remarkable development of Hong Kong for over six decades.
On 3rd May 2024, over 300 stakeholders, including Alliance’s shareholders, employees, customers, business partners, suppliers, and industry leaders, gathered at the 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner to celebrate Alliance's remarkable achievements. The event served as an opportunity for the Company to reflect on its robust heritage, express gratitude for the past, and set its sights on a promising future. The evening was filled with elegance, joy, and unforgettable moments, all under the theme of "Transform Today, Create Tomorrow."
Speaking at the event, Mr. Vincent Yu, the CEO of Alliance, stated, "Two decades ago, we embarked on a bold mission — to establish a pioneering company that would leave a lasting impact. Today, we proudly celebrate the milestones we have achieved along the way. Our projects have left an indelible mark across diverse sectors, including major infrastructure projects, iconic skyscrapers, and various commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional constructions. Our success is intrinsically intertwined with the success of our customers."
Mr. Yu highlighted the spirit of Alliance team was driven by an unwavering commitment of never settling for average, willing to step out of comfort zone, and always go the extra mile to achieve the extraordinary. He thanked each and everyone in Alliance for their passion, commitment, loyalty and hard work throughout the years to overcome any challenges and strive for excellence.
Mr. Yu further emphasized Alliance’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation throughout its journey. He expressed heartfelt gratitude for the trust and unwavering support from Alliance's shareholders, CKI and Heidelberg Materials, board of directors, clients, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors, who have been instrumental in Alliance’s growth and success. Mr. Yu concluded by highlighting the Company’s shared vision with all stakeholders to make a difference by transforming today for a better tomorrow.
The highlight of the Gala Dinner was the launch of Alliance’s new corporate video, which provided an overview of the Company’s expertise, commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices and innovation, as well as its ambitious vision for the future. The event also featured a creative dancing performance by Alliance’s young talents and the Alliance robot, demonstrating the Alliance team spirit and passion. The Alliance choir, led by Mr. Yu, had delivered a captivating singing performance that resonated deeply with the audience.
During the event, Alliance recognized and honoured its employees who have been with the Company for 20 years, presenting them with long service awards. This gesture symbolized the deep appreciation for their dedication and commitment to Alliance's growth and success.
