Alliance Honoured with OSH Excellence Award in OSHC 30th Anniversary Activities
Alliance has been honoured with “OSH Excellence Award” at the OSHC 30th Anniversary Luncheon – OSH Excellence Award Ceremony cum Launch Ceremony for Vision Zero in Hong Kong on 25 October 2018. Organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Council (OSHC), the event celebrated its 30 years of excellence, recognized the Hong Kong enterprises with outstanding OSH performance and marked the official launch of Vision Zero Campaign in Hong Kong.
Alliance as the leading construction material solution provider, has grown hand in hand with OSHC to promote occupational safety and health. We encourage all staff to act as safety leaders, they are all responsible for health and safety of themselves and others. By maintaining a zero-tolerance policy in workplace, our staff are well trained to be aware of the risks involved in every single activity and take effective preventative measures.
To show our commitment to Vision Zero, Alliance has already signed up to be a Vision Zero Company. As developed by the International Social Security Association (ISSA), Vision Zero is a transformational approach to prevention that integrates the 3 dimensions of Safety, Health and Well-being, and 7 golden rules at all levels of work. We believe the Vision Zero rules and guides will help us to further improve our OSH performance and exceed our stakeholders’ expectation.
